High-speed plastic injection moulding
Plastic Production
Our plastic production plant consists of 25 modern high speed injection moulding machines varying from 20 to 1000 tons of clamping force. With this combination of a wide range of machines and our experienced employees we are able to meet any requirement from the customer within the shortest possible deadline.
Materials we specialize in are Polypropylene, LDPE, HDPE, Polystyrene, Polyamide, ABS and PMMA. Our machines are equipped with pick and place robots which makes moulding of complex parts with metal inserts easily achievable. As well, our skilled and cost efficient workforce makes us well suited for injection molding of products that require significant postproduction assembly. Injection molding can be done on customers moulds, or if it is a novel project, we can develop and produce the mould. Our four decades long experience of in house mould production enables us to offer to our clients cost efficient solution of mould design and development as well as injection moulding of plastic parts on these moulds afterwards.
In accordance with the customer’s specifications, all products can be manufactured under their private label or produced with their logo engraved in the product.
